Secure Storage Units in Philadelphia, PA

This is my second time renting a unit at your facility. My first rental was for a year, and my most recent one was for a few months. I've used both of your facilities and also rented with Elvis Dirt Cheap movers. Both facilities are very easy to access, clean, and have great hours. I did have one negative experience with a staff member. However, every other staff member I interacted with, including the movers and the facility staff, was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. I would especially like to acknowledge Ms. Bess. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied after a negative experience with another associate. She is amazing and very helpful. I highly recommend asking for her if you plan on renting with them, as she will take excellent care of you. I also had the pleasure of meeting a new associate named Michelle, who was such a sweetheart. Thank you all for your excellent services.

Ming Self Storage, which is conveniently located in Northern Liberties, is a local business with great, even outstanding service, for its customers. The staff was extremely helpful in all aspects of moving. It's not just a storage facility. . I contracted with their moving services to move an entire household. The movers were exceptional in their professionalism, efficiency and care. Not one item was broken. Everyone dreads moving. Ming made it easy.
