When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime (during access hours) after you complete the rental paper work and make payment (during office hours).
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We require a 10 day written notice before you move out.
What is my responsibility if my address changes?
You must provide the rental office with written notice of your complete new mailing address, new phone numbers and email. Once we acknowledge the new information in writing it is considered valid.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a Government issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport) and a valid credit card or other proof of identity.
Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No. We rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise. However our minimum term is 1 month.
Am I required to have insurance before I move in?
Insuring your property is important as the business owner does not. We advise all customers to have insurance before moving in to protect your property and ours. We may require proof of your own insurance coverage.
How do I make a payment?
We recommend that you enroll in the “auto-pay” program at the time of rental. We simply charge your credit or debit card each month when rent is due. Never worry, never be late! You may also pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards, Pay cash in person.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving and packing supplies. These are good quality products sold at rock bottom prices.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Storage Calculator on this website or call our knowledgeable managers for assistance. Because you know best the size of your furniture or how much “stuff” you need to store we encourage you to visit the property and view several different sizes so we can select the best fit for you. Don’t worry if you reserve the wrong size, we can usually find a solution to accommodate your needs.
Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?
We encourage appointments but it’s not required. Stop by any time during our office hours to receive a complimentary tour of our facility.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Some customers bring their own locks at the time of move-in; however we also have all brass padlocks and disk locks available for purchase.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
